The FIREBOX project was submitted to the conference organized by the University of Florence and the Tuscany Region, titled “Training and Dissemination Event – National Research Project of Interest – DIVAS – Wildfires: From Prevention to Restoration.”
Professor Davide Ascoli presented the project’s structure, the work packages “Fuel Box, Fire Severity Box,” and “Fire Risk Box,” as well as the preliminary results, which can be viewed in the attached presentation. The conference provided an opportunity for interaction and synergy between the two PRIN PNRR projects for integrated wildfire management at different scales.
